What to do in Munich?

The school offers three leisure activities per week, as for example guided sightseeing tours, the famous Oktoberfest, cultural attractions, international evenings, visits to beer gardens, pub crawls, excursions to castles and the Alps and much much more. If that is not enough for you, why not go on your own to the BMW Museum, play soccer in one of the parks, go shopping around the corner from school or go on a weekend-trip 1-2 hours away to Stuttgart, Salzburg or the Alps. What to do in Berlin?

Go with the school three times a week on leisure activities, for example guided sightseeing tours (“The historic city”, “The Wall”, etc.), parties at the school, German speaking movies, visits to Berlin’s world famous beach bars, pubs and discos, excursion to historic cities like Potsdam or to nearby lakes. If that’s not enough, why not on your own go shopping, hang around with your newly met language friends or just relax in one of the many cafes in town. Berlin is a stop you cannot miss!

What to do in Montreal

Depending on the season, Montreal offers a variety of special activities to enjoy. In the summer, the city welcomes the Grand Prix and NASCAR races, the Fireworks Festival, the International Jazz and Just for Laughs Festivals. Why not try a roller coaster ride at the amusement park, La Ronde, quite the sensation! Without question winter spells hockey, but also offers many outdoor treats in Old Montreal or even in Mount Royal Park, one of the largest green spaces in the city where ice-skating and sledding have become a tradition.

You can also take a stroll downtown and shop till you drop either above ground or below. The selection of stores is endless. You are sure to find whatever you are looking for, and a few things you weren’t too! Old Montreal is the place to visit historical monuments, like City Hall or the Notre-Dame de Montréal Basilica.
